How to Lose Fat Around Hips

tried all types of diets and I just can’t seem
to lose weight especially in the hip area. I
need to lose 30 pounds from my hips and butt
area but I feel like giving up. What should I
do?

My first advice is not to give
up. This is a lifelong battle and it is a
BATTLE. Most of us are constantly tempted with
the wrong foods and suffer from a lack of
activity. The change has to first take place in
your mind that you will WIN the battle. There
are no quick solutions. You must vow to monitor
your calories and diet each day. You must also
commit to an almost-daily 30 minutes exercise
routine.
When
you combine a consistent diet that you can stick
to with regular exercise, the weight will fall
off and you will reduce the fat from your hips.
Don’t buy any hip exercise equipment that
promises to give you a firmer butt because they
don’t work.
When
you lose weight, you lose it from your entire
body along with lean muscle. The trick is to
lose the fat without losing too much lean
muscle.
Reduce your calorie
consumption by 20% to 30% and exercise 4 to 5
times per week. Don’t weigh yourself for several
months but instead concentrate on good eating
habits and the fat around your hips will come
off. Give yourself a year to get to your goal.
