Dear Diet Tip, What do you consider the best exercise plan to lose weight. I already eat healthy and stick to a good diet. The only problem is that I'm still not losing weight. I do not exercise and I'm not very active so I need to know what exercise plan you suggest that will help me lose weight. ~~ Sherry Dear Sherry, Very good question. We like to suggest stationary biking because you can exercise anytime and usually right in front of the TV. Stationary cycling is great if you have young kids to watch. It's also low impact so your joints won't get damage. When selecting a stationary bike for your exercise routine, select a bike that also has back support. Riding a bike without back support can be painful if you use the bike alot. The easiest way to use your bike is to cycle for
30 minutes a day while watching your favorite TV program. This way, the
time will go by very fast and you'll associate exercise with something
enjoyable.
